Ms. Rippel joined the Bazil Group in 2011 after more than 25 years in restaurant management and the  customer service industry.

 

She assumes responsibility for all aspects of the law firm's office administration.

Ms. Rippel also assists Mr. Madden with business prospecting and assists Mr. Bazil with much of his pro bono work with animal rescue groups and other non-profits. 

 

Ms. Rippel attended Kutztown University and focused her studies on Business Administration. 

​

Also an animal welfare advocate, Ms. Rippel donates much of her free time and energy to animal rescue groups and other non-profit charities in her community.
